Women*s Circus / Strength & Conditioning 10 week course with Mahla Bird
Develop the flexibility, strength, and balance necessary for circus. Includes an active warm up, a full body stretch, core fitness, and work towards awareness and confidence with handstands. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class is an opportunity to build strength in a fun and encouraging atmosphere, and also provides a great introduction to foundational circus skills, muscles, and language.
